Discover our story and meet the coach dedicated to your pitching success.

Perfect Motion was born the idea that every pitcher has the potential to achieve greatness when given the right guidance, support, and training approach.
What started as a passion for helping young athletes discover their potential has grown into a comprehensive pitching program that combines proven techniques with personalized instruction. We recognized that traditional one size fits all coaching wasn't meeting the unique needs of individual players.
Now, Perfect Motion is growing into a platform for girls to learn pitching at home or on the field. Individualized coaching has benefited many girls and we are dedicated to helping more girls grow as athletes.

Hi, I'm Madison! I played softball throughout highschool and I've dedicated my time to helping other girls gain the love for pitching that I have. I am currently a student at Iowa State University studying Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship. I have been pitching since fourth grade and have learned so much about the mechanics as well as mental challenges. My approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding that every player learns differently.
What drives me most is seeing that moment when everything clicks for a player when the mechanics become natural, confidence soars, and they realize what they're truly capable of achieving.

Claire played college softball at Briar Cliff University, where she developed her skills and passion for the game at a competitive level. Her collegiate experience gives her valuable insight into what it takes to succeed as a hitter at higher levels of play.
With experience teaching softball to players of all ages, Claire brings patience, enthusiasm, and a player-first approach to every lesson. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your swing, Claire can help you develop the mechanics and confidence you need at the plate.

Mia is a high school student at Dakota Valley High School and is committed to play softball for William Penn University next fall. As an experienced catcher, she brings hands-on knowledge of the position and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed behind the plate.
With a passion for teaching and a natural ability to connect with younger players, Mia is learning the ropes of coaching very well. She offers limited virtual catching lessons, providing personalized instruction on receiving, blocking, framing, and game management.
